COLLABORATIONS

Whanau doesn’t travel alone! Along the way we have had the chance to meet other volunteers from other associations, many resourceful people, who like those at Whanau, want to engage in charitable projects and much more. We want to thank these groups for their support, and above all for their contributions, large and small.

For the realization of Manungu’s library, the project Kubala was vitally supported by BibLions’ Library at San Matteo hospital in Pavia. BibLions  provided almost all of the books with which the shelves have been filled! THANK YOU!

On Saturday 5th March the acting company LAGAFFE from Rome acted an amazing performance titled “Tredici a tavola” written by M. G. Sauvajon and directed by Paola Ronga. Thanks to this awesome event our association will run new projects in Zambia this summer, so STAY TUNED!

logo 100 torriA special thanks to some of our volunteers who will also coach athletics this year in Zambia Whanau! The project was created in partnership with the athletics association Cento Torri of Pavia. They have contributed materials, which will be left on site at the end of the project and by offering the technical skills of Pietro Farina (former Olympic athlete).
